Heat a small sauté pan with a teaspoon of coconut oil. When hot add sliced banana.
Let bananas caramelize and flip them over to the other side. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Let the other side cook for a minute or two.
2.Place bananas in a bowl. Top with nut butter, which will melt slightly. Yum!
3. Add flaxseeds and then berries. Add an optional toppings of choice.
Enjoy! This is a warm and delicious breakfast and a great alternative to oatmeal.
NOTE: Optional toppings include: unsweetened coconut, chopped pecans or walnuts
